1. Oversee HR daily operation (Recruitment, fresher orientation, training & development, C&B, performance evaluation, ER, and compliance)
2. Ensure compliance of all employment practices: selection processes, reporting process, e-verify, record keeping, EEOC compliance & reporting, and file management
3. Organise office operations and procedures (budgeting, correspondence with our finance team and HQ, handle reimbursements, purchasing supplies for the office, and other clerical functions)
4. Assist introducing and explaining new or revised HR policies and/or systems; new State or Federal laws and new or revised procedures.
